What's the catch with the free plan?

The paid Emerald and Ruby tiers add things with real ongoing cost (unlimited AI messages, ElevenLabs AI voices, AI image generation in chat, voice assistant, auto clip discovery) because the underlying models cost money to run. If you don't need those, Sapphire covers most streamers.
