Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the Platform:

• Illegal Activities: Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Infringement of Intellectual Property: Selling, distributing, or promoting counterfeit goods or unauthorized copies of copyrighted materials.
• Harmful or Offensive Content: Posting or distributing content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Unfair or Deceptive Practices: Engaging in deceptive practices, misrepresenting products or services, or failing to deliver promised goods or services.
• Interference with the Platform: Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing viruses or other malicious code.

2. PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND CONTENT

The following goods, services, and content are prohibited from being sold, promoted, or distributed through the Platform's donation, tipping, or any future marketplace functionality:

• Adult Content and Services: Including pornography, escort services, and adult live streaming.
• Alcohol and Tobacco Products: Including e-cigarettes and related paraphernalia.
• Controlled Substances: Including illegal drugs, prescription medications, and drug paraphernalia.
• Weapons and Explosives: Including firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
• Gambling Services: Including lotteries, betting, and casino games.
• Hate Speech and Discriminatory Content: Including materials that promote hatred or violence against individuals or groups.
• Stolen or Unauthorized Goods: Including items obtained through theft or unauthorized means.
• Multi-Level Marketing Schemes: Including pyramid schemes and similar programs.
• Unlicensed Financial Services: Including money transmission, currency exchange, or investment services without proper authorization.
• Medical Devices and Health Supplements: Including unapproved or misbranded medical products.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE OF DONATION AND PAYMENT FEATURES

The Platform enables users to receive donations via PayPal and may in the future allow for the sale of digital and physical goods. The following rules apply to these features:

• Donations and Tips: May only be used to support content creators and their work directly. Donations must not be solicited for charitable causes unless the user is a verified representative of a registered charity.
• Digital Goods: If enabled, users may sell only digital items they have created or have explicit permission to distribute.
• Physical Goods: If enabled, users must accurately describe any physical products, fulfill orders in a timely manner, and comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of such goods.
• No Misrepresentation: Users must not misrepresent the purpose of donations or the nature of any goods being sold.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH PAYMENT PROCESSOR POLICIES

The Platform utilizes Stripe for subscription processing and PayPal for donation processing. Users must comply with the acceptable use policies of these payment processors:

• Stripe Compliance: All subscription transactions must comply with Stripe's Restricted Businesses Policy.
• PayPal Compliance: All donation transactions must comply with PayPal's Acceptable Use Policy.

These policies include restrictions on transactions involving certain goods and services as outlined by the respective payment processors.

5. ENFORCEMENT AND REPORTING

Violations of this Policy may result in actions including, but not limited to:

• Account Suspension or Termination: Immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
• Removal of Prohibited Content: Deletion of content that violates this Policy.
• Reversal of Transactions: Refunding of donations or payments associated with policy violations.
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement authorities when appropriate.
